Milo Parkin
Country Manager
Following leadership roles in sales, marketing, product and call centres, Milo joined D&G in 2015 to grow the business through product innovation and new commercial partnerships. Passionate about solutions that deliver great outcomes for D&G’s business partners, Milo is also strongly committed to great customer experiences. His goal is to build on D&G ANZ’s already excellent customer satisfaction ratings and grow the local business into one that is recognised as one of the most customer-centric insurers in the region.
James McBride
National Program Manager
James is a sales professional with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Joining D&G in 2012 as the key account manager, James has progressed to national program manager where he manages longstanding relationships with some of Australia’s best-known retailers, including The Good Guys and Appliances Online. James is responsible for the delivery of key growth objectives for the branch and is passionate about leading the transformation of dated extended warranty products into feature-rich monthly pay insurance policies.
John Henry
Operations Director
John brings over 26 years’ experience in international management within the financial services sector. Having worked in six countries across Australasia and Europe, John’s responsibility within the Australian branch is to implement, maintain and manage all operational capabilities. John’s extensive experience working with repair networks, call centres, IT infrastructure, back office, and support services ensure the smooth operation of the Australian branch.
Ainsley Brayne
Risk and Compliance Manager
Ainsley is a compliance professional with over 12 years’ experience in the financial services sector including roles within banking, lending, and insurance. Ainsley’s passion is regulatory compliance and her role as compliance manager sees her managing the compliance, governance and risk management frameworks for the Australian branch. As a strategic business partner, Ainsley ensures safe, sustainable growth for D&G whilst always remaining customer centric.
Angela Morton
Marketing Manager
With over 15 years’ experience across marketing roles, business development and product innovation within the financial, banking and fashion industries, Angela was promoted to marketing manager in 2017 and became a proud member of the D&G leadership team. For the past two years, Angela has led the marketing strategy to grow D&G’s insurance business across retail markets in Australia. Passionate about product innovations that deliver real benefits for retail partners and their customers, she is a strong customer advocate whose goal is to create great customer experiences and satisfaction across all marketing channels.
Matthew Piccolo
National Sales Manager
Matthew has 18 years’ experience working within the finance and insurance industry throughout Australia and New Zealand. Matthew’s roles have varied across all areas of the industry including operations, sales, marketing, and new business development. Matthew is responsible for driving key growth objectives for the Australian branch by leading a team of Account Managers across the country. Matthew works closely with new and existing retail partners to support the development and performance of their business.
Allison Waldron
HR Advisor
Allison joined the D&G team in 2017 during a period of growth for the branch and to set up the HR function in Australia. Allison has 8 years’ experience across payroll and human resources across various industries. Allison is passionate about having an engaged team who are not only happy but driven to provide a great customer experience. She believes work should be fun and promotes the family culture of the Australian branch, where both hard work and innovation are rewarded, as well as looking out for one another.
Ben French
National Service Solutions Manager
Ben brings over 20 years’ experience within the IT, retail and service sectors. In his role as national service solutions manager, Ben manages the supply chain and the delivery of D&G’s service model which is underpinned by the smooth operation of our in-house call centre. Ben plays an important role in executing D&G’s strategic vision while growing key relationships and delivering effective stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business.
