We have approved repair agents available to cover 99% of the Australian postcodes in which we can assign instantly when requested by our customers*. Our performance over 2015-2016 indicates on average 92% of customers are satisfied with the repair service they received, and 88% of customers giving us a service rating of excellent/good**.
