Domestic & General is a leading specialist provider of warranties in the UK, Europe and Australia. Our primary focus is on providing breakdown protection for consumer electronics and domestic electrical appliances, with over 10 million customers in 11 different countries.

Since entering the Australian market in 2007, we have grown to more than 1.5 million customers and now protect over 2 million appliances. Our success has been based on award-winning customer service, as well as developing strong partnerships with many of Australia's most well-known retailers and manufacturers. We currently work with household brands such as Miele, Asko, Whirlpool, Fisher & Paykel, Electrolux, The Good Guys, and Camera House.

With headquarters in the UK, our Australian business is led from Melbourne and Sydney working alongside a repair network of hundreds of engineers across the country.
