D&G Device Protect is an insurance policy for tech zone products which is paid for monthly. This product gives protection against accidental damage and theft that occurs anywhere in the world. Device Protect is purchased at point of sale.
Worry Free is a monthly paid insurance policy offering immediate protection against accidental damage and theft, as well as cover for breakdown after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Worry Free is purchased at point of sale and the policy renews each year.
Protect Plus is an insurance policy offering customers enhanced cover alongside their manufacturer’s warranty. Cover includes immediate protection against accidental damage and breakdown cover after the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Protect Plus is paid upfront at point of sale and the policy does not renew.
ReSolve is D&G’s replacement program. This is an insurance policy offering customers an instant replacement when their small appliance/ device breaks down (after their manufacturer’s warranty ends). ReSolve is paid upfront at point of sale and the policy does not renew.
